Here is a list of the Dukan Diet Recipes for Fish and Seafood that I have put together. The list is quite short as I much prefer meat and poultry to fish but I do try hard to eat at least two servings a week because I know the Omega 3 is good for me.

Dukan Diet Recipe - Baked Salmon Steaks
Baked Salmon Steaks
Baked Salmon Steak is one of the simplest fish recipes you could have to follow. All you have to do is
Take one piece of foil large enough to wrap your fish in
Place a couple of lemon slices on the foil
Put your salmon steak on top of the lemon slice
Sprinkle lightly with freshly ground black peeper
Wrap the salmon in the foil
Bake in a moderate oven until cooked

Three Pepper Tuna
(Serves 2)
700g (1lb 9oz) tuna steak.
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
1 yellow pepper.
Juice of 1-2 lemons.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
Sea Salt.
Wash, de-seed and halve peppers. Grill for 5 minutes, then to make peeling them easier place in a plastic bag for 10 minutes.
Next cut into strips and gently dry fry for a few minutes over a moderate heat in a non-stick frying pan with a little water in the bottom.
Season the tuna and fry in a non stick pan until cooked.
Mix together lemon juice, garlic and peppers.
When the tuna is cooked, allow to cool then marinate it with the peppers in a cool place for 2-3 hours. Serve cold.
Dukan Diet Recipe - Spicy Saute Shrimps
Spicy Saute Shrimps
(Serves 2)
2lb shrimps, peeled, de-veined and rinsed
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup sliced spring onions
1 finely chopped red chilli
2fl oz dry white wine (allowed in Cruise Phase)
In a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add the shrimps, garlic, spring onions, chilli and wine. Sauté until the shrimps are pink. Serve with fresh green salad.
Shrimps Sauteed with Herbs
(Serves 2)
2lb shrimps, peeled, de-veined and rinsed
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1oz fresh parsley, chopped
2fl oz dry white wine (Allowed in Cruise Phase)
1 lemon, cut in half
In a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add the shrimps, garlic, parsley and wine. Sauté until the shrimps are pink. Serve with fresh lemon.
Baked Mussels
(Serves 4)
3½ pints of mussels, scrubbed and rinsed
1 large glass of dry white wine
3 eggs
1 tablespoon non-fat fromage frais
1oz chopped fresh parsley
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
First, preheat the oven to 230°C/450°C/Gas 8.
Place the mussels and white wine in a large saucepan
Cover with a lid and steam for a couple of minutes on a high heat until the mussels open.
Remember that you must throw away any mussels which fail to open.
Drain the liquid into a strainer, then while still warm, mix in the eggs, fromage frais and parsley with some salt and black pepper.
Remove mussels from shells
Place the mussels in individual ramekins equally dividing with the mixture into each container and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
If you haven't got individual ramekin dishes just use a souffle dish or something along similiar lines.
Serve immediately!

Hello everyone i have a problem i am eating a lot breakfast cotagge cheese with oat turn an egg Lunch chicken with pepperoni and onion after a boll of 0 fat and sugar after a tomato soupe with turkey meat then a carrot after a coke 0 then a pudding of low fat milk and eggs and I am still hungry plea help meeee
is really fine milled oatmeal same as bran ?
I was craving some littleneck clams on the grill so I bought some figuring I'd google a recipe, and I can't find a Dukan recipe! Someone please help!

Sounds wonderful, we like shrimp and spicy food so this one is def a winner. I look forward to using the great Dukan Diet Recipes with the use of fish and seafood.
